Responsibilities
- Test and debug assembled machines before customer delivery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Provide on-site and remote service support to customers.
- Document test results and service reports.
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in machine testing, troubleshooting, or field service.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience with PLCs and industrial controls preferred.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service calls.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
