The Challenge

A food packaging solutions provider needed automation for portion-control dispensers supplied to major quick-service restaurant chains. The system had to meet strict FDA food-contact requirements while handling the variety of dispenser styles used for different sauces and condiments.

Haumiller developed an indexing assembly system designed specifically for food-service dispenser production. Every material and surface was selected for FDA compliance, with the flexibility to handle multiple dispenser configurations.
