WD-40, one of America's most recognized brands, needed to upgrade their aerosol production capabilities. Their existing equipment was reaching end-of-life, and they needed a partner who understood the unique demands of high-volume aerosol manufacturing.

The Solution

Haumiller provided a complete line upgrade featuring our latest generation of aerosol automation equipment. The project was executed in phases to minimize production disruption while maximizing the benefits of new technology.

The upgrade included:

Haumiller 4400 Overcapper replacing legacy capping equipment. New spray tip applicator with improved accuracy and speed. Integrated line controls connecting all stations. Comprehensive operator training and documentation.

The Results
